The instrument bridge is centrally placed over the chest of the patient. You and your dental assistant can reach unit instruments without taking your eyes off the field of operation.
Unit instrument suspensions are fine tuned to your tactile senses and enable you to work with unit instruments in perfect balance. They respond to your fingertip touch, so you never have to exert extra effort or force while working.
The display design is a further development of principles from earlier XO/Flex units. It has been upgraded with more data and is still uncommonly easy to see.
XO 4 Chair is easy to adjust, no matter how you work. It lets you position your patient as you like—and work well— no matter what your height or the way you sit.
Access the foot control from all working positions. Manage all instruments and unit functions with your foot in the best XO tradition. The original Flex foot control has been improved and new functions have been added.

XO POS – the software solution creating a true dental working environment
With XO Practice Operation System the dentist manages unit, chair, IT (imaging, PMS, EPJ, etc), external attached instruments, etc. without using keyboard or mouse. The hands are free; the dentist can focus on the patient and the risk of cross contamination is further reduced.

Automatic drying
Some XO 4 Unit versions offer XO Chip Blow, a feature that automatically dries the cavity whenever an instrument with spray water stops. No need to change between micro motor and syringe to see the cavity.

XO POS – improves unit instrument performance
XO POS enables the user to work with XO Unit Instrument Programs. Optimal instrument parameters are automatically set up to fit the task at hand. An instrument program is selected with just two taps on the foot control – without having to look away from the patient! Special programs for endo treatments are available.

All relevant data automatically displayed

Suction hoses are easily cleaned with the built-in XO Suction Disinfection System. XO Water Clean System assures that the bacterial load of the unit water lines respects legal requirements. All components that need to be touched during treatment can be autoclaved or washed in a thermo disinfector.
