GLOBAL® DENTAL IMPLANTS
GLOBAL® DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEM Global Dental Implant System is characterized by a fixture with conical body and double octagonal connection. Global implants are an extremely versatile solution, suitable for solving all implant-prosthetic problems. They are available in a wide range of diameters, lengths and surfaces. The numerous prosthetic solutions are able to solve any technical problem guaranteeing, at the same time, high aesthetic.

Global dental implant system is suitable for:
• standard submerged procedures in which a double surgical phase is entailed
• early and immediate loading
• post-extractive procedures
   
MORPHOLOGY OF GLOBAL® IMPLANTS

The implant has a variable taper which is light in the neck and in the first central part, and more accentuated in the apical part. This distinctive profile makes the Global implant particularly suitable for the different surgical techniques. The neck of the implant presents a micro-threaded part, which grants a greater primary stability and prevents the natural postoperational bone reabsorption. The thread has a conical profile with a 0.6 mm pitch and a 0.3 mm depth. In the central part of the implant the depth of the thread is 0.4 mm in order to provide much more contact surface where there is a more spongeous bone. The long apical incisions permit a suitable self-tapping of the bone, offer two decompression and release areas for the coagulation, improve the primary stability, increasing at the same time the non-rotation of the implant during the screwing and the unscrewing operations of the components which are connected to it. However, the preventive self-tapping of the bone is always required when the bone is highly compact.

GLOBAL® ZirTi (Zirconium Sand-Blasted Acid Etched Titanium) These fixtures are characterized by the ZirTi surface. The neck is polished for the height of 0.3 mm. They are available in diameters 3.80, 4.30, 4.80, and 5.50 mm, in lengths of 8.5, 11, 13, 15 mm.

GLOBAL® TRISURFACE In this version of implants, the neck is polished in its upper part (0.3 mm), then the surface is sand blasted in the micro-threaded part and the body is TPS (Titanium Plasma Spray) coated. They are available in diameters 3.80, 4.30, 4.80, and 5.50 mm, in lengths of 8.5, 11, 13, 15 mm.
